My experience as an HR intern within the C-BRTAhas been so great. Every workday for me is different. This journey has allowed me to be more exposed to the HR field than I was able to learn in class. At the beginning of my internship, I had set up goals of making sure that I get as much HR knowledge and skills as possible so that I become a valuable HR personnel, and I am navigating through that.
