Description:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Strategic Management and Support
  • Executive Performance Monitoring
  • Oversee the ESG function
  • Oversee the Committees coordination and support services
  • Coordination of Board, Committee and EXCO, CEO commitments

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Planning, organising, monitoring, and reporting
  • Knowledge of government and SADC protocols
  • Ability to build Inter-relationship between the Agency and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of SADC Political and economic environment
  • Knowledge SADC protocols and communication channels
  • Project management
  • Writing and communication skills

Requirements:

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree or NQF level 7 qualification in Business Administration / Project Management or related discipline
  • A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10 years relevant experience in Business Administration and Executive Support.
  • 5 years at management level.

BENEFITS:

Employer offers an all-inclusive remuneration package of R1,334,565.00 p.a.
